Great idea !! I fonly my printer was working !! You are soooo right !! I have called corporate and had them call a particular store and the store was not to happy about it !! But corporate called to check if I had received a callfrom the store and when I told the regional manager about the attitude !! Wow did it change !!!

I recently had a similar experience at CVS. When they said they couldn't accept a competitor prescription coupon because I had printed it from the competitor's website, I said, "Okay, let me just call <insert regional manager's name> then, because when I talked to her last month, she assured me that this would not be a problem again." ROFL Talk about an instant attitude adjustment! And can you believe it!?!?! The computer suddenly let them accept the coupon!!!

Anyway, would you like me to mail you a copy of any of the stores' policies that I have? I have Walmart, Target, Kroger, HEB and Randall's (Safeway). If so, just send me a PM. I'd be happy to forward any or all along.

No, he should have retired. I think you know how I feel about the big baby but I still pick him for my Fantasy Football QB because of you. Well, and the fact that I can get some decent points from him.

I could only stay up until half time (who is the big baby now) but was so happy for "real" football. Can't wait for the 26th.
