Is there anywhere in Disneyworld to get groceries? If so, are the groceries extremely expensive?

Any resort gift sho would have some basics.
Any DVC gift shop would have a decent larger selection.
These will likely be more expensive compared to your typical supermarket.
wegoshop.com and gardengrocer.com will shop for you and deliver to your resort (for a fee).

The Hess station near the EPCOT resorts has milk, snacks and stuff.

Any of the Deluxe Hotels that have DVC has groceries in their gift shop (expensive).

If you are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, when exiting the gate take the first right on Sherberth and take it to Irlo Bronson Hwy (about 3 minutes, can't miss it Sherberth winds a little and then you see the lights from Irlo Bronson) there's Publix and Super Target down on the right of it.

However, my motto is Pack Less Clothes, Pack More Snacks and Dry Goods!

If you are not going to be able to leave property - there are a couple differant delivery services. Its about a $20 fee for every $100 you spend. wegoshop.com or greengrocer.com are a just a couple
