Groceries shipped to your resort?

We're going to use either Garden Grocer or Wegoshop. We found about both of them on the DIS. We plan on having water, organic milk, juice, fruit, and some snack items shipped to the Poly. From what I understand, this is pretty common.

The resort gift shops and the stroller rentals in the parks sell a nice umbrella stroller for about $40.

I saw that umbrella stroller at the MK shop right by the entrance. The same stroller is under $20.00 at Babies R Us in NYC. And Babies R Us is usually more expensive than Walmart and Target. Placing a stroller order with Marge at Wegoshop for a cheap stroller at Walmart may be much cheaper.

I think I'm leaning towards wegoshop.

I contacted Marge, the owner with a question last summer. I asked whether it was possible for her to hit a Walmart type of store and pick up a cheap umbrella stroller. It might come in handy for our 5 year old, but not handy enough to justify transporting one from NY. She said it wouldn't be a problem.

I'm still toying with the idea.

Marge (from wegoshop) is WONDERFUL. She was so sweet and accommodating - August of '05 she & a helper delivered in pouring rain up a flight of stairs with a full load of groceries, 24 pack of waters, 3 2L of soda and never complained - just laughed at the situation as I had sent her up the wrong staircase to start with (OKW).

I used GG in '06 and have nothing good to say about him so I'll stop here on that topic. PM me if you need more detail. Just don't expect the same service or a magical touch.
