Groceries needed at POR?

We are leaving in 11 days!!! Last time we stayed at Saratoga springs and had a full kitchen so ordered groceries for the week from garden grocer. This time since we only have a mini fridge I was still thinking of getting drinks and snacks delivered. Is it worth it?

Absolutely. Bottled water/ drinks alone are worth having delivered. You can get an entire case of water for what 1 bottle costs. We drive, so we just stop right before and get 3 cases of water for 11 days. We also have an entire suitcase of breakfast food, snacks,etc. It still saves a lot of money

I agree with PP. We usually order from GG when staying at POR. We order water and juice boxes and just fill the fridge as needed.

I think it depends on whether you're on the DDP or not. If you are, it might be cheaper to pack a suitcase with snacks and pick up a few fresh items at the gift shop. You can always get free water at CS at the parks or at the food court at the hotel. You have to look at the delivery charge for a small order to see if it's worth it for you IMO.

I would say that even if you are on the standard DDP (one TS, one CS and one snack per day) it may well be worth it to have snacks and drinks delivered at POR. DW and I typically eat one CS and one TS meal per day at WDW even without the DDP. We usually do breakfasts in the room to save both money and time, so we get grocery delivery for bananas, apples, breakfast bars, juices, bottled water and other in-room snack items. It saves us significant $$ over purchasing those same items at the hotel or in a park.
