Groceries and Hotel Check-In

We have a very large party going to WDW later this year. Some are driving, staying at the beach then coming to WDW. They would like to go into the park when they arrive before their room is ready. They want to stop at the grocery on their way in from the beach and will have some groceries that need to be refrigerated. I know bell services holds things from the delivery services but will they store groceries that a guest buys from a grocery store before their room is ready? Or should we make arrangements to get their car keys and have people that aren't going into the park that day make a run to the grocery?

You can check into your resort as early as 6:00 am, even if your room isn't ready. Bell Services or luggage services can store your groceries and refrigerate or freeze any items that need it until you can get into your room.
