Has anyone tried to take a bottle of gripe water over 3.4 oz through a security checkpoint in the airport? My bottle is 4oz. I tried the TSA website and couldn't find an answer. I was hoping there were some Disers with first hand experience.

I would assume since it's baby medicine it would be okay.

You shouldn't have a problem. We went to WDW last May with some friends. TSA had not problem letting my friend bring an entire unopened bottle of water through security when she told them it was to mix with her daughter's juice.

Bottled water can be purchased after security so no need for TSA to let you bring it through.

put it in your zip loc bag and it will be fine. I've traveled with it numerous times, and never had a problem. They may want to check it, they hold a little wand thing over it. I've carried sippy cups through and not even had a problem with them. Good luck!

You will be. It is exempt from the size rules. Throw it in the zippy with your other liquids.

If it's hard to find in stores, I'd bring a back-up in your checked luggage just in case (in a ziplock in case it leaks).
