Gripe about Disney online reservations

I haven't tried to look into a Disney vacation in awhile. So when I went to their online site I found that it was completely different than the last time I had been there.
When I click on special offers and click my dates and then click which hotel I want, they only show me the undiscounted rate if that hotel is not available during that period. Before they would offer other hotels that WERE available.
Is there anyway to be able to find which hotels are available for which nights during a certain (discounted) period?
Anyone else frustrated with their site and the fact they don't offer suggestions like they used to or am I doing something wrong?

You still need to click on the Special Offers link towards the bottom of the page. That hasn't changed. I think it just blends in a little more now. I haven't had any problems navigating the new site at all.

No, I haven't found an easy way around it. This is a fairly recent change, I want to say maybe the last two weeks. It used to be that when you went into the special offers, the screen still looked like the old website, and you did get other offers most of the time, along with the hotel you selected. I noticed the change when I was watching for the fall AP rates. Now it's one at a time, which makes browsing for availability and rates a real pain.

It is only one at a time for the first search. You can then hit the View All Resorts link and it will show you the rest of the resorts that have availability.

Yes, I have done that but at the top of the list it says "you are viewing undiscounted prices".

Exactly! Once you've viewed the first special offer resort, if you click to view all resorts, it takes you to a rack rate page. The only way I've found to keep looking at discounted rooms is to click where it says something like "more information" or "view details" under where it says Passholder Offer when you are looking at a resort, which takes you back to the original offer page and you click to check availability again and select another resort. It's really a pain right now and I hope they fix it soon.

The ever-changing, clunky, and unreliable Disney web site is why I always call to make our reservations. :thumbsup2

The site was working great for me awhile back but now it is telling me that all 2 bedroom villas are unavailable at all resorts from about Feb 2012 till the end of 2014 :confused3 guess I will be calling to price my vacations

Edit: Never mind my Travel agent finally got back to me and informed me that villas are unavailable to general public till 7 or 8 months out....would have been nice if the Disney rep that I spoke to would have told me that but oh well....
