We asked the goblin in charge if we received a gift like a toaster for opening an account and he directed us to Gringott's main bank for account opening as this was just a currency exchange.

As you enter the exchange, you will see an anamatronic Goblin sitting in there. He DOES respond to questions...sometimes funny, sometimes accurate. When I was there back in Feb. no one seemed to notice so I started asking questions and it replied!

Careful about asking him whether the bank offers a dental plan. He didn't seem to appreciate that.
