Believe it or not it's not for economic reasons.

We really get burned out on restaurant food. See we're spoiled as DH is an amazing chef. He made me promise though nothing elaborate but be he'd be happy to grill. He makes this burger he got from Gordon Ramsey's show and its seriously worth every calorie and then some.
Good tip on the charcoal. The grills at the GCV were propane so we didn't need charcoal.
We have a THV booked now but it looks like we'll be changing but I love how they each have their own grill. Visions of enjoying a frosty margarita while DH grills ribeyes are dancing through my head.
