Grilled Pork Chop @ BoG

I see that the pork chop has changed on the BoG dinner menu - from the thyme one to a grilled one served with salsify Silk, Corn Melange, and Pancetta Bacon (I'll have to google that!)

Has anyone tried this yet?

I assumed/thought I would get the steak but I've realized I'm eating steak at most of our dinners - yikes!!
