I don't think her actually eyebrows were taken off, they might have just put lots of make-up over them, because i could see them sort of

No they probably just did they're special prop makeup to cover them up.

I think they will just add some new interns to bring in more/different characters. The show is called "Grey's Anatomy" not "Grey's Interns." We can have other interns and still keep the old ones -- they will just have different positions at the hospital.
