The last 2 times I rode the bus, ( Sept. and Dec.) you moved your own bags. If you have to change buses the clerks will take all of the bags from under the bus, but you walk them to the next bus and a clerk loads them. I stand there to make sure the bags get on the correct bus, while my son finds us sets.

Pegg, how was the trip on Greyhound?

Honestly flying would be much better. But last year we saved over $600 on tickets. This year it will cost me $238 for myself and DD, there is no way we can fly for close to that amount. Husband can't go this trip (can't get off work). So we are going once again in August. Our biggest complaint was that our lugguge arrive about 8 hours after we did, which I have to admit they sent it to the resort in a cab at their expense. Luckliey we carried on swim suits and one change of clothing with us. We were on the bus for about 26 hours so the first thing we wanted was a good hot shower. The room wasn't ready for a couple hours after we arrived, so we found something to eat, got the mugs and just walked through the resort. (would have been 100% nicer if we didn't feel like the dirtiest people around)
The bus ride itself wasn't bad.
I just want to make sure the lugguge gets there the same time we do. We will have 3 transfers. I was wondering if I could put the lugguge on board a day before we leave to assure it's arrival? Do you know anything about that?
So how have your trips been? How did you get from the station to the resort?
