are lunch and the wine tasting a doable combo on this tour? how about the cigar excursion coupled with either the wine tasting or lunch? just wondering if there are any two combinable excursions we could do.

I did both those excursions last year and they were fabulous. We were wisked away from the port in a private van where upon entering the hotel were taken to the cigar room and learned about cigar manufacturing etc. We rolled our own cigars and were able to take them back on the boat with us. After the cigar adventure they took us to a room where a table with rums and an assortment of chocolate covered fruit was waiting. The chocolate was hand made on site. We then did the wine tasting which turned out to be a wine/lunch tasting. It turned out to be a 4 course lunch. Their wine cellar is amazing. I highly encourage anyone to try these excursions back to back. My boyfriend and I were the only ones and it felt intimate and almost felt that these excursions were meant for us. We actually plan to do these excursions again next year. The descriptions for these excursions do no justice. As this hotel is beautiful throughout the landscaping to the architecture. I hope you enjoy these excursions as much as I had.

Great! we signed up last year, but turned out to be Good Friday and the resort was closed and excursions were cancelled!!! Gotta do it this year. I asked GS and the Concierge if we could book both the same day, but they were all clueless - in fact we were told 'no' more than once! Who do we talk to to be able to book both?

does anyone know the time of day they offer these various excursions?

I booked one of the excursions on line. Then when we got on board we asked if the wine tasting could be added. They added us immediately. When one finished
the other immediately started. I remember leaving the boat around 1030 am. I think we got back to the boat maybe around 200-300 pm. I wish I knew how to download photos. On line they wouldn't let us book both of them. But I would ask when you get on the ship. Or you could call Disney cruise line until you got someone on the phone who could make it happen for you.

Hope that helps!

thanks so much! I hope we are able to do the same. The events look wonderful! Is it legal to bring home the cigars you get? They aren't Cuban are they?

We did not buy any cigars there, but we were able to bring the ones we made on board. So I would think it is not a problem. I would certainly ask them or you could go to the web site of the greycliff hotel to see if you could shoot them an email. You could also ask the DCL.

I still talk about these excursions to this day. In addition to the excursions, they give you a history of the hotel. The wine cellar is divine. You will see when you do them. Hopefully you will be the only one there like my experience.

Best of luck.
