I don't think you are crazy at all for being here. At a time like this you need support and that's what the CB is all about. Yes you will have family and friends around you as you go through this, but they won't always be there at 3:30 when you can't sleep. I personally haven't been in your shoes of losing a spouse, but I know others here have and I'm sure they will offer you support.

For me I offer you lots of prayers and all the support I can.
