I am here with Quest news. This is what I was told tonight. I turned in my quests and got the cards, there was NO PIRATE! I went back and asked, because my sister was in WDW and got me 4 sets of quests with pirate just a few days ago. I was told that the pirate quest expired 12-31 but they gave out the cards until they ran out.

They did give me the safari posters, Train teleporters, tent room, hippo rug, safari lifestyle collection and the safari carpet.

My sister got me for sets that included the pirate quest but didn't have the hippo rug, safari lifestyle collection or the safari carpet

Also I thought that WDW was giving out the new pins and that the Adventureland Retro pin had been retired. I got that pin in the sets of quest I got and also the sets that my sister got for me.

I also handed out a bunch of quest packs. Two little boys where in there trying to get the answers right and they were having problems. I slipped one of them a set with all answers and the tomorrowland quest. Then when the Mom thanked me I told her she could get a set for each ticket so two little boys that barely were able to get a few cards walked out with 7 sets. That was my god deed for the day and you should have seen how excited they were.

We have a few more sets to turn in so if anything changes I will report.

I did something similar. Isn't it so much fun? oh and the guy who gave me my cards said that pirate quest is gone for GOOD. never will it come back. he also said the prizes for the quests will change soon and the HM quest will be back.

That's disappointing news about Pirate Quest. I never made a trip out to get the goods and cards, but I've traded my butt off for some.

Glad to hear you got the same things dh and I did on our trip last week- we both wanted pirate stuff- I needed mine to give to dd and he he just wanted the stuff lol

Of course we did get the Safari Lifestyle collection like you mentioned- and I have already gotten an open offer for it- but am reluctant to trade yet- dh said he'd let his go for inferno (lol)

It makes me sad that the Pirate stuff is no longer available. I think we will finally be able to go to Disneyland in March. I was looking forward to being able to get the Pirate stuff for myself and kids (I have some of it, but not all). Hopefully they will bring back the HM stuff then. Wildcatkris is really wanting a HM room.

If we go, we will be meeting 7 relatives from TX, so with the 4 in my family and the other 7, I should be able to get a lot of cards. I just wish the VIP tour was still going on. I think that would have been so much fun.

Woot, Lisa!! You are scoring big even without the pirate! Though I'm sad to hear that the pirate stuff is no longer (I traded mine away to make some Zeta magic happen). How are you able to turn in so many quest cards in one trip?

I guess I'll be on a mission this week to trade for pirate quest stuff - LOL! I'll take the place of AlwaysPrincess in all the VMK trade rooms this week.

Glad to hear you're having a wonderful time at Disney! I am SO jealous!! Ride the Tower of Terror for me!!

I was in the MK today and got 2 more sets of Quest, this time they included the Pink Nemo chair the pack they gave me was pretty small.They really don't have a lot of cards.

The pirate was removed from the display of cards you can get.

They did not give me anything for the VIP, I had read on this board that they were giving ghe gold set for they are not.

Maybe more news tomorrow lol.
