Hello all! Long time lurker, first time poster here.

My name is Liz. I'm married to Patrick. We have three daughters: Nora age 10 Kate age 8 and Bridget who is currently 10 weeks old

I'm currently staying home with my little bundle of surprise having recently left my job as a special education teacher. As much as I'm loving staying home I sure do miss my kiddos and my awesome coworkers.

My husband is in the Navy and we're currently stationed at NAS JRB Fort Worth. As a Yankee (we're both originally from Chicago) I find myself surprised to say that WE LOVE IT!

We're gearing up for our fifth family trip to Disney this summer. Looking forward to the humidity. Gotta love being able to taste the air. But when you've got kids in school you gotta do what you gotta do.

I'm excited to have a new place for (mostly) adult conversation and to immerse myself in all things Disney before our trip. Also, my husband has informed me that I'm not allowed to be friends with anyone who might encourage me to try to change our resort. Again.

So excited to be here. Looking forward to my Disney Trip in November for Thanksgiving Week. I don't care if the parks are crowded! This will be my third trip. I took my granddaughter two years ago for her HS graduation. It was very special. This year I am going with my daughter and the whole family! I look at the boards everyday to get hints and tips on planning. I believe Disney IS the most Magical place on earth. Welcome to all newcomers!

You've got the right idea about enjoying Disney even if it's going to be crowded. As long as you go into it knowing, YES, it will be crowded and have even a tiny bit of a plan, you'll be fine.
