I am so MAD I just took a long survey on fabric care and it said it would pay $2

Well when I finished it only entered me in a drawing!


I do not do surveys for free ie drawings I am so livid!


anyone else take this survey and did you get paid?

If you haven't I would not waste my time.

I have taken many... AND so far nothing.. I got entered in a drawing too. My account stills says 0... I'll give them another chance but I won't keep up with it.

are the surveys you are taking from them say they pay $xx of dollars?

I have always been paid for the $xx ones but this one shafted me!

If it happens again I will not be doing any more for them that is for sure.This survey was really really long and I almost quit it befor I finished because I thought all this for only $2 but finished it and then to be cheated out of my $2.Man my blood was boiling!

I'm about as aggravated as snot with those people. It doesn't seem to matter how many of their surveys I complete, they don't credit me with anything.

I'm tired of giving away fairly valuable market research info to them, with nothing but time wasted to show for it.

BTW, DW seems to have better luck with it on her email address. Can't understand it at all.

I must have done 30 surveys for them and NOTHING is in my account...I think they're a scam!

My experience with Greenfield has been very positive, I'm sorry yours (as well as others) hasn't. I have received money in my account for surveys, received the checks when requested, and been fortunate enough to participate in higher paying online focus groups. I have been a member for about 2 years now. I understand how you feel though, taking those long involved surveys and getting nothing out of it is really annoying! You have every right to be angry.

If in doubt, e-mail customer service. Here's hoping they credit your account soon

I had actually forgotten I had signed up with them until I got their email yesterday about a "shopping" survey. I did that one which said it paid $2 and then I went to their site and did two other ones that said they paid $1. When I checked my account, it said my balance was $0. It did say something about not paying until the project was closed. How long does that usually take? On the "shopping" one it said that I would receive two dollars for doing it, the other two said if I was one of the first 1,000 to do it, I would receive the money. How do you know if you were one of the first 1,000? This is confusing! And I agree, Mal, they took FOREVER!!!! It wasn't like they were quick 5 minute surveys!!!

I have been a member there for years way befor they ever pd for surveys.

this is the first time that they said I would be paid and was not.

It better be the last because like I said I DO NOT do FREE surveys anymore.


I really just needed to vent I was so mad this survey took 45 minutes to do! And nothing!
