Greendale Property Management? Great Offer?

I've been looking for a great deal on an off site, 5 night stay, 1/10 to 1/15 and received several good offers. Was just about to send my credit card ($525 for a 4 bdrm with pool, taxes and pool heat included) when I received an offer for $293 with everything included on a near-by 4 bdrm pool home. That's a big difference, but is it too good to be true?
So I'm hoping to get some feedback on Greendale Property Management. Are they legit? Good to work with?
Any insight will be appreciated. THANKS!

So I wrote back and asked for more info: pool heat included? Address? rental agreement?

His reply: "Obviously there was a typo on the price"

That was it, no correction, no counter offer, nothing. Not very professional, that's for sure.

There are too many management companies and owners in Orlando who forget they are in a service industry if I got a one line response by email from any of them I would take my business elsewhere. As you say very unprofessional. You are better trying to rent directly from an owner you should get better service/care then.

I do completely agree that sometimes as individuals we get ' lost ' in an email world and forget the impact of the written word on those who read it and if the one line reply offended you then I am sorry, please know that was not our intention.
