Green Tea?

Hi -

I have been a lurker here for a while and I have enjoyed reading everyone's weight loss stories.

I am currently doing South Beach diet (Day 2). I have about 40 pounds to lose and I am hoping I can do this since I love carbs, but so far so good.

I have fell in love with Diet Lipton Green Tea Citrus. It has no calories. According to the label, the only thing it has is 60mg of sodium. While I don't mind drinking water, I like the tea better. :)

Any thoughts or info on green tea?

Green tea is supposed to boost your metabolism a little, but it can also dehydrate you (slowing your metabolism) so make sure if you drink tea, you are also getting plenty of water.
 
During a conversation with two physical trainiers I heard that it is supposed to be good and that they both liked that brand too. I guess as with anything that moderation is still the key and water is needed too as alohaliilo suggested.

Anyone else have any additions?
