Green Tea Plum Wine Cooler?

DH & I were hopelessly addicted to these at the Food & Wine Fest. Has anyone successfully recreated this at home? I know it's plum wine & green tea, but unsure if it's sweetened tea or not and unsure of the ratio.

I wish they served these at the China CS place all year long. They are delish!
