Greetings from frosty Ontario.

We are leaving shortly for our 7-day Magic Western Caribbean trip, which means I'm in the thoroughly annoying stages of packing.

Has anyone been on the Green Grotto Cave trip in Falmouth? If so, what footwear will you recommend? I'm assuming decent shoes/hiking boots, but thought I would see if anyone has experience here. In the photos on the DCL site, there are some people just in sandals, but I wasn't sure if that was just a staged photo op. :)

Thanks.

EDITED TO ADD: So, I just looked at the Green Grotto Cave website, again, and finally found the FAQ section (which was obvious, but don't judge, I'm tired!) and it says:

What are the requirements for footwear?

We recommend sneakers.

So there you go. :)

that was a fun excursion. Just make sure to potty before you leave the ship as the bus ride was a bit long. Also, the bus we had didn't have very good air circulation so bring a fan or some cold, cold water.

Yes, I'd wear covered shoes...lots of bat poop ;)

Closed toe shoes are good. Although you don't need to bring hiking boots.
It was a fun tour and we loved the beach afterwards. It was beautiful! And the jerk chicken was yummy!
Our bus had good air conditioning, FWIW.
