Green Eggs Guy

laphin , great to read on here about someone who works as characters in the park.
we are going in June 06 will you still be working there then[if you havent been snapped up for a starring role in a new movie] if you are will check on here to see if i can get your schedule as we are visiting the 2 parks all our first week, and my DD 10 loves cat in the hat

I'll be around. It's hard to guess what and where I'll be aroun that time. I just got approved for Alex (the Madagascar lion) a couple of days ago. So yeah, I'm trying new stuff and doing as much as I can.

I've only actually done Cat In The Hat twice since I've been working so far. So yeah, it's just hard to tell where I'll be by that point in time.

thanks laphin , will check out before i go to see if you have got details of where or who you will be that week i am there , and if you have a bit of spare time will treat you to a few beers.

I'll be there early next week, Mon, Tues, or Wed. Who and where will you be?

Monday and Tuesday (14th and 15th), I will be GUY in Seuss Landing. There's only ONE "Guy", so you don't have to worry about picking the wrong person in the costume.

Wednesday (16th) I will be one of the Cat In The Hats, as there are two separate ones that come out back to back. If you come early on Wednesday around 10am, I am the first Cat that comes out.

And Thursday, I am "Guy" again. :)

I thought that the parks didn't open until 11:00. Do I have the hours wrong. We are not staying at a Universal Hotel.

The parks open everyday at 9am

Thanks for the info. I would have been wasting two hours with a leisurely breakfast. Have the parks been very crowded?

The parks probably won't be that crowded since it's the middle of November and weekday. So, I don't think you have much to worrya bout. Although I would come when the park opens so that you can knock a few things out of the way before the park DOES get crowded. There is a moderate crowd right now since the Holidays are approaching. I wouldn't, by any means, say the parks are dead. They won't be dead again for a long time until Christmas is over with. :)

Take care!

Laphin, I went there one Saturday and saw that guy and asked him if it was you, and he just looked at me. Then, I remembered that you don't work on Saturdays!

No that wasn't me, that was probably Dan or JJ. They'd have no clue as to what you'd be talking about unless you named my actual name out to them. :P Sorry

If you ever want me to give you a schedule post... just ask, and I will.

We will be at IOA on November 20th or 21st. Do you know your schedule for those days?

Hey, laphin, I was wondering if you could tell me if and when my family might be able to run into the Grinch (and if it's the cartoon Grinch or the movie Grinch) at IOA the day after Thanksgiving and the Saturday after Thanksgiving? I know you don't work weekends, but maybe you could give me some insight??

Thanks so much!

The 20th, I will be "Guy" at Seuss Landing.
The 21st, I will be Scooby.

There are two Scooby's. One dances on the stage at Kids Zone.. one doesn't. I don't dance on the stage. So if Scooby comes out and they perform a choreographed dance, it's not me.

I'll be at the entrance to Universal at the arches, in the morning. Then in the afternoon, I will be at Kids Zone, probably come out in the Mystery Machine if it's fixed.

Grinchmas is SUPPOSE to take place after Thanksgiving. Dunno if it actually will at this point. But the Christmas music and the Grinchmas show is suppose to be running sometime after Thanksgiving. Whether it's immediately after Thanksgiving, I have no clue.

Yes, I know that Grinchmas doesn't start (unfortuantely) until December 10. I was just wondering if we can see the Grinch somewhere even though Grinchmas hasn't started yet. I thought he would still be around the park and thought you might know.

Thanks anyway!

Do you mean it will be CARTOON Grinch and when Grinchmas starts, it will be MOVIE Grinch?

We just want to see the Grinch, doesn't really matter which Grinch it is. We just LOVE them both.
