Specifically for the Williamsburg location. The 48Hour promo code isn't available for this location until Jan.21. If I book a room now, will they allow me to apply this promo code come the 21st?

I have done this same thing at this location. Booked a room, then a deal came out, so I called and applied the deal to our reservation. Got an upgraded room and still got money back. The lady asked if I wanted a refund of the difference, or just to keep it on our "tab." I took the refund.

Hmmm, I made reservations for the King Suite (w/pull out sofa). It was the least expensive available and the last one. I want to upgrade to the KidCamp Suite, but only if I can apply that promo code on the 21st. There are only three of those rooms left for the dates we want. If I call back and upgrade to the KidCamp Suite now, I worry that for some reason they won't allow me to apply that promo code and I'll be stuck with a more expensive room. That promo code doesn't even show up on the Williamsburg page (only promo code WINTER shows up). I had to do an internet search to find it. Decisions, decisions...What would you do?

If it were me, I would go ahead and upgrade to the KidKamp Suite. I can't see any reason why they wouldn't take the code on January 21. If you need to, ask to speak to a manager. And if they still don't budge, then cancel the room but, while still on the same phone call, book it again using the code.

But that's a lot of trouble for them, and they would probably just rather apply the code and get it over with.
