Awhile ago I booked the GWL for next weekend at a fantastic rate I found out about here on the DIS

It was through a home schooling group that was affiliated with Alliance ?

Can anyone tell me what I need to do at check-in and if I have to "quote" any membership numbers? I also need to donate to the school that offered the rate and wanted to ask where I send that?

I too will be there with my family. I got the info from Mousy_in_Canada. I'll pm it to you if you like.
I called and asked if I had to show any id and they said no, it's a group rate.
My sister is also going with her daughter and friends.

Awesome! That would be great ~ thank you very much! Are you taking costumes for your kids? I was wondering about any Hallowe'en parties ~ There are a bunch of us going as well ~ but I am the only one that got the good rate and am sharing with another friend and her kids.

Has anyone used this and had a problem at check-in? I am a little nervous that they will tell me I am not eligible for that rate ~ help calms my nerves please..............Teresa

Call and talk to them, that is what I did!

They told me to stay with this group rate instead of going with my husbands corp rate.

Do you have a phone number for the hotel - direct. I'm trying to book an upgrade and have only been able to talk to a central booking agent - I was hoping to speak to someone within the hotel.
