Hi~

We had a great time at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg. Although, it took an hour longer than expected because they had all lanes blocked on I95 before the exit we needed.

Anyway, we got there around noon and our room was ready. It was pretty large and clean. My son loved the KidCabin. The waterpark was very nice and we had a great time.

The food was mediocre and pretty pricey. We decided to leave the hotel for dinner.....we were not going to pay 22.95 per adult and 9.95 per child for the buffet.

Any questions, let me know.

Did you take any pics? I'd like to see what it looks like.

Sure, as soon as I get a chance I will post a couple.

Hi!
Thanks for the info. I hope the roads are cleared up by fall! Is the hotel large- is it easy to walk to the waterpark area from your room? Is there room service? What was wrong with the food? Did the buffet look good except for the price? Are there restaurants that are convenient?
Thanks,
Jama

Thanks for the info! We leave tomorrow for the Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky. :Pinkbounc

Can you use the waterpark the evening of check-in and in the morning of check-out? What time do they typically close the waterpark area?

Thanks :flower:

Thanks for the trip report. We're planning a trip to the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City next fall. How was the water temperature?

The hotel is pretty good sized, however, it was very easy to get to the waterpark from our room. Our room was in the front, and the water park is in the back, but there were stairs right down the hall and it was a very easy walk. We didn't really look at the food in the restaurant, we just knew that we wouldn't eat enough to justify the cost. There is a snack bar in the water park..pricy and the food not that good. There was also a Pizza Hut Express in the lobby and another cafe near the waterpark that served Starbucks and danishes. Yes, there was also room service.

You can start using the waterpark at around 12pm on the day you check in and use it as long as you want on check out day. The waterpark was open 8:30am -10pm

The water temp was fine. Some of the pools were warmer than others, but not bad at all. Also, since it is indoors, it is very warm in there.
