Great Trip to HRH but don't use their package express!

We enjoyed our stay at the HRH very much but did find the customer service inadequate for a luxury hotel.

We had a family photo taken at IOA and used their package express...Well the photo had not arrived three days after it was supposed to and I could not get anyone at the hotel to help us. The package delivery is not through LOEWS, it is through an outside company called Star Services. After dealing with different front desk clerks who only told me what I already knew (We don't have your photo..It hasn't arrived), I asked to speak to the manager. The manager did make one call to find the photo, but was unsuccessful. He then gave me the number for Star Service an told me I'd have to investigate the missing photo by phone or return to the park where we had purchased the photo.

Try not to use the package delivery...If your stuff does not arrive they will do nothing to help you.

sorry you had a bad experience.
mine has always been the opposite of what you went thru.


i always use the hotel delivery when i make a purchase at the parks.
never had an issue with it either.

i have found the gm at the hotels fantastic.

We only used the service once and the package didn't come until the following night. It was a little scary and we haven't used it again.

i have used the service so many times.
i think about 15 times so far.

i always ask the clerk in the store what was the cut off time for the next day delivery. in the past it has been 3:00 pm.

if i am leaving the next day, i just do the delivery to the front of the park.
you can pick it up there at any time that same day.
