This was basically a last minute trip to WDW, a birthday treat to myself. My first stay in a studio in Kidani, and I loved it. I had a standard view room, it was close to the lobby, and overlooked the front entrance. It was far enough from the bus stop area so I did not hear the buses running.
I used Disney transportation and really did not have an issue with the buses, the most I waited for a bus was about 15 minutes.
January really is a good time to go, the crowds were light, I got to ride Toy Story Mania 3 times in a row on Wednesday morning.
It really is important for people to report issues right away, each time I called someone was sent up right away.
My first evening, I turned on the light over the small table, a bulb blew and tripped the curcuit breaker. I had no TV, no internet. I called and honestly the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes. My second to last day, I could not get the balcony door open, the latch would release. Again I called, someone was sent right away and the latch was fixed.
The CMs were so helpful and friendly, I look forward to going back with my family in May.
