Got upgraded to nice savanah view and the kids loved the bunkbeds. DS required medical attention and they sent a CM up to the room and helped us get directions to nearby urgent care facility on 192. When we came back to the room there were 2 stuffed animals (they noticed I had 2 kids) and a signed Mickey photo. The CMs we encountered were all very nice and the kids enjoyed the activities we were able to work in.
