I just checked one of my favorite sandwiches at Carl's, Jr. The Santa Fe Charbroiled Chicken....OMG....it has like 600 calories and 32 grams of fat!!! All this time I thought it was a healthly alternative to burgers, guess I was wrong

Is there mayo on that sandwich? That could be your culprit.


Sometimes it's just nice to know this stuff. I know for me, it doesn't necessarily mean that I will never have mongolian beef from PF Chang's again, it just means I might have it only once in a great while.

What was shocking for me was some of the stuff from Caribou! Yikes!!

Who knew that a BLT from Johnny Rockets had as many calories and fat grams as one of their burgers. I always thought I was being somewhat good by ordering a BLT and even though I know the calories and fat could kill me from that Bloomin Onion (Outback), I still have to have one every once in a great while.

Thanks for the info. The other day I took DD to McDonalds for a happy meal and while sitting there I flipped over the paper on the tray and started looking at the nutritional info. Fortunately I don't really like fast food because some of the stuff was outragous. Their deluxe breakfast (don't know what's in it) had more fat and calories than I eat in an entire day .
