Great Service From Garden Grocer

Hi all!

I am letting you know that we just got back from a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation and had great service from Garden Grocer! Brian was courteous, on time, and had every item we requested!

We recently returned from our trip and had a great experience with Garden Grocer as well. Our delivery was on Oct. 6th, 4-6pm time slot. On our walk back from the boat to our room at VWL, I called Brian. The delivery person was there within 15 minutes. It was so nice to not have to wait around.

We used Gardengrocer on our trip Sept 9-16 at OKW. Great service and no complaints whatsoever, our window was between 3-5PM and they delivered 4PM on the dot, they put our cold things in fridge and our frozen in freezer, just wonderful service. We tipped beforehand and had paid by CC over the phone, I talked to Brian 3 times, adding and deleting items on our first order with no problems.

We'll be using GG again next trip in September-07 (that seems toooo far away!!!)

We also used Garden Grocer on October 8th, and had great service. Our delivery window was 4-6pm, and even though I had payed and tipped by CC and just asked that our delivery be dropped off at bell services, I still received a phone call at 4:15 letting us know that the groceries were delivered. I thought the call was above and beyond, and they even told me what bay number to give bell services when we called to have the items sent to the room!
