I just wanted to say, what great service I've had from the Annual Pass office.
I posted off my completed sponsorship form, my annual pass, and a letter requesting the pass be extended for 12 months for free. I posted the letter on 4th September (paid extra to go by "signed for" service).
This morning, in the mail, my annual pass has been duly returned to me, extended until October 2009, and the Annual Pass office returned it by "signed for" service too.
Fantastic service - and my AP is now ready for its next outing in 3 weeks time
