my problem is that I already have a TA and I don't think I can switch TA's (switch from one to another). I did ask to have our reservation switched back to us but Disney said that our TA would have to have her company sign a wavier and our TA really didn't want to do that. GO FIGURE!
The insurance with Disney is different than ours (AAA). With our insurance you can only cancel for medical reasons or death. Disney insurance allows you to make changes if you need to without having to cancel fully. If something came up and you couldn't go, with the Disney insurance you would be allowed to actually change travel dates and just lose the insurance portion that you paid. With Disney we usually recommend their own insurance. It is really the best deal. Also, once you pay for their insurance you cannot cancel it.
