We fell in love with RONJON CAPE RESORT and i called the hotel and their rates were $1400/1bdr and $1700/2bdr. even on their website. so i said no then googled and found this website

it charges $10 to register the site but shows you the rate of 2/bdr for $1050 for my week, i emailed the renter and put a deposit on it.
she emailed me the contact to sign and that's it. lot's of weeks still open.lot's of other condos.
