Great Place to Propose at US?

DH, me, DS and girlfriend will be staying at PB in two weeks. DS plans on giving his girlfriend an engagement ring. DS wants ideas on a great place to propose. We've never stayed at PB before.

when we were there in December, we witnessed a very cute proposal during the Animal Planet show. Gentleman and soon to be fiance were seated in the area (unbeknowst to soon-to-be fiance) where the bird retrieves the dollar. Of course she was selected to be the dollar bill holder.

The act went on like usual, jokes about now holding a $50 up, etc. But then it changed a bit. Guy on stage asked if she was so-and-so. Said the bird had a message for her. Sent the message back with the dollar bill. By this time, guy is on his knee with ring as she reads the note. They were on an aisle, so he had moved out to the aisle. Tears ensue (from audience and bride-to-be)- guy on the microphone asks "Well"? She says yes, whole audience claps and all leave with big smiles.

It seemed very special as it was incorporated into the show.

I think I'll leave this one to Motherfletcher-he's VERY imaginative and I suspect a romantic at heart.

I think proposing on the Mummy would be neat. He could say something like "life together will be a wild ride!"

There are a couple of intimate locations at PBH. If he can drag his soon to be fiance out of bed early I would consider the co-ed whirlpool in the spa. The only reason I say early is that you would be alone and there is a small room off of the whirlpool where you could probably arrange for champagne. Another romantic spot would be the hillside pool at sunset.
Bice would be the restaurant to pop the question.
I like the Animal Planet suggestion for USO. I was selected as the dollar bill volunteer last Friday. All I had was a twenty and I was afraid that the bird would bring me back a single. Trouble with those kinds of proposals would be the humiliation if she said, "No!".
You could get her to volunteer for Fear Factor Live and slip the ring into the nasty bug smoothie they get to drink.

Dinner in Mama Melrose restaurant at PBH. There is a nice table that is like a private dining room. Call ahead and order a chocalte mousee cake cake for dessert with "Will you marry me" on it. Also, have the gentlemen that sing there ready to serenade her with her favorite Italian love song.
