OK so I just got off of the phone with Chuck.
We had a great converstaion and I feel a lot better about all of the wedding "stuff"
He seems so easy to work with! He made it clear that he will suggest lots of things but that most of them could be worked to our budget with no problem!
Ok so we have changed out dessert location from the lower UK terrece to the French Island lower. This will allow us more room! Which is a good thing becuase we have gotten the OK to have our Cake cutting cermony down there! I can't wait to eat my cake and watch Illuminations too!!!
Our reception time has been shortend a bit though to allow for this. We have 3.5 hours at the Living seas now....It seems short to me but Chuck asured us we would have time for everything!
I have asked for a written explination of Illuminations to be handed out to my guests at the end of the reception/ on the way to Illuminations. I had Illuminations explained to me on a fireworks cruise once and it makes SOOOO much more sense to me know! And having it written out will allow my guests to have it forever (or until it hits the trash can for some).
I have my taste testin set up for Nov 10th with Chuck's intern Tina. Chuck assured me that she is ver diligent and pays great attention to detail. I explained to him that having an intern was fine with me, I know that they are very well informed (being an intern at an office before) and feel comfortable with him putting me with her.
I was also excited when he told us that guests (and us) could walk back to the BWV after Illuminations. I think this would be so much fun strolling through Epcot! Most of us plan to go to Jelly Rolls anyway after the wedding festivities.
He also informed me that Rose is who I will be working with for floral. I have heard great things about her on here so I feel that I am in good hands!!!
It feels so great to have talked with Chuck! I have virtually no worries now and know that everything will be ok...
Well not so sure about the BM situation BUT hopefully that will be resloved tonight!
