When we added a night to the beginning of our trip they couldn't add the free dining as there was no availability. So I noticed the AP rate...tried that for that one night as we are passholders...nope no availability.
So I notice there was a general public code out. I called today and asked about that and nope...no availability. I asked the CM if there was any way possible I could add that night onto my free dining package. He said he would check with another department and see if it could be done.
He came back on the line and it's been done!!
So now we're 9 nights at the Poly with free dining.
Finally something good especially after the wierd call I had with the CM the other day insisting that it was 45 days out from my september vacation and was demanding payment in full or it would be cancelled!
