Great News Re Room Service

Hi just an update, there have been several threads that have mentioned room service is now charged except for coffee , i have queried this with DCL and the answer i got back this morning is as follows. Good news hey.

Please note that the information on our website is incorrect and we are in the process of having it
updated.

Coffee, milk, juices (apple, orange, grapefruit), tea are complimentary when ordered with in
stateroom dining.

We look forward to the chance to sail with you.

I had a feeling the website matrix was wrong....since I have ordered all of the above at various times and were never charged...thanks for following up with DCL on all our behalf!!!

I see they did not mention lemonade....we had gotten that complimentary from room service in the past, but I guess that is not longer the case....unless they just didn't mention it in the e-mail.

We ordered room service almost every night. Kids had to have those chocolate chip cookies & milk No charge for anything we ordered. One night we ordered the cheese & crackers, no charge for that as well.

My pleasure, i knew the food wasn't an issue but was concerned after seeing the matrix on the dcl site, hope the lemonades still free if not i'll have to traipse up to deck 9

LEMONADE is no longer free with room service. I attempted to order it with a room service snack and was told there would be an additional charge for that....so I sent the kids packing up to deck 9 with my ESPN mug...worked out well.

Lemonade isn't free any longer. My kids got used to ordering it for our cabins on our previous cruises, but on our January Magic cruise they were charged.

Thanks for the clarification. I had just copied & pasted the wrong matrix into my trip planning document yesterday. Let's see how long it takes Disney to update their site.

I was just wondering where you find this information. I looked on the dcl website and didn't see anything about room service. Just asking, it would be nice to know what was available with room service before we went.
