Hi Everyone

Thought I would share my organizing tip with you. I purchased an accordian style legal letter size vinyl holder at the $ store.
I labelled Room, Car Rental, Airline .....
Everything is in one place and easy to access. I can simply slip it in my bag when leaving for my trip.
Hope it helps you stay organized.

Have a magical nite

Hi there,
Great idea! Sounds similar to the set up I came up with. I bought one of the 3 prong folders (in plastic, not paper) and filled it with a bunch of page protectors. Then I put my papers in each page
1. copy of itinerary that I gave to family incl flight info, hotel info & #'s & and all of our cell ph #'s
2.useful phone #'s for me while we were there (such as reservations, hotel's direct #, guest relations, air op's, medical #'s, yellow cab, turner drug, garden grocers, BBB and anyone I had previously talked to at those #'s so I knew how to ask for)
3. park hours of operations for each park for the dates we were there. I also listed who had EMH and whether it was am or pm (in a chart form)
4. Parades & fireworks times for each park for the days we were there (that way we could know what's what if we wanted to change plans)
5. ADR's incl date, restaurant, loc of rest, time, & adr #
6. copies of menus from Allearsnet. Helped us to save time dining b/c we could pretty much already know what we wanted when we were seated.
7. brief menus of counter service restaurants and snack stand info that served items that we would be interested in for each park. This took some research but IMO was a huge time saver for us when we were there during the summer. Didn't spend lots of time wandering...what do we want & where can we get it?
8. A Check It Out page that had notes of things we wanted to look for in each park. These were taken from posts and notes off of websites of interesting "extras"
9. My pin page that I listed pins that I wanted to trade for (CM only pins) plus ones I had seen on the web that I wanted to buy while I was there.
10. a previous map of the resort we were staying at
11. Disney literature mailed to me by WDW
12. my WDW reservation papers
13. the vouchers that came w/ reservation papers
14. my airport parking confirmation paper & coupon
15. my airline reservation papers
16. some relavant medical info

B/c it was covered in plastic, I pretty much took this w/ us every day into the park. We carry a bag, so we did not find it cumbersome. I could see how some people might though. I found this extremely invaluable more than once. But the time that it was the most handy was when the monorail was completely shut down and they had to reroute EVERYONE on the ferries. Well, even though we allowed ample travel time, I knew there was no way we were going to make our ADR's at O'Hana's. So I called my hotel and they called O'Hana's and let them know of the situation and we were still able to keep our ADR's even though we were almost 40 min late.

Just a suggestion at another way to keep papers organized. Hope I didn't step on any toes by adding a different idea to this thread.

Thanks for the suggestion of the accordian folder system.

I use one of those plastic enevelopes and keep all the info in one place. I also include tip money in the envelope. My ADRs I have on a lamanated buisness card size piece of paper that I keep with me.
