Heartbreakers. (Sigourney Weaver and Jennifer Love Hewitt). Totally underrrated, as is Jennifer as a comedic actress. It's one the girls can watch and your SOs will enjoy, too. Should be a cheap rent, too... Heck, I think I saw it at Sam's Club for, like, $7.88 the other day.

I also LOVE Spaceballs. Made me laugh when I was 13, and still makes me laugh at 30.

One film that I saw last year that did not get a lot of coverage was Mrs. Henderson Presents with Judi Dench. It is funny and touching. I highly recommend it.

I just watched The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and thought it was great.

When I saw the title and gist of this thread, I thought "I'm going to say The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants ." What a nice surpise it was that the original poster named it .

Just this week I made made my 13 and 15 year old nieces watch it, and they loved it. Unfortunately its stupid title scares a lot of people off , very much like the title of The Emperor's New Groove (another great movie ).

Even all the men I know who watched it like The Sisterhood, including my DH.

DOH!!! I know that. I was even thinking to myself "Places, not Spaces" before writing the reply and thinking of movies. I have no idea why I mixed it up.
