Great Movie Ride reception

Hi everyone!
New to the DIS boards and starting to plan our WDW wedding.
Love this forum. I have learned so much from everyone's comments.

I was wondering if anyone has ever had a reception/desert party at The Great Movie ride at MGM (WDW studios). My fiance and I were thinking about it but can't really find any pictures showing what it would look like. We saw the two samples from the Wishes web site. Does anyone have any pictures or ideas regarding this location? Thanks for your time!

DF and I were originally going to do the Great Movie Ride as our reception location, but opted against it because Disney socks you with a TON of extra expenses... Just to rent the location it's $3,000. Then you have to pay for a mandatory "entertainment" package that costs $8,300 (this is NOT included with the site rental fee) and THEN if you want a DJ....it will cost you another $7,500!!! We just couldn't feel good about all of that money being spent just for the location and I would never give up having a DJ at my wedding (I've always dreamed of dancing with my Dad and of course with my hubby for the first time). So, because we wanted something super unique, we're having our reception at the China Pavillion at Epcot.

Also...you cannot start your reception at GMR untill TWO hours after the park closes....you're looking at serving your guests dinner between 9:30 and 10:00 at night. I didn't want to do that to people, especially when they are coming so far to be there with us.
