Great member service CM today

Called today to add 2 nights at HHI after our xmas week trip to OKW today. Had a great CM who was accurate and very pleasant. After I got the confirmation # for the HHI nights she said, do you want the date you can make adrs for your xmas week OKW stay? I said sure and she said 6/29 which was what the online calaculator had said when I chekced it before. I have been a member since 1994 and have always had great service from MS. I have heard others who have not, but it must be a minority or I think I would have encountered troubled sometime in the past. She was great!

It's too bad that the great cast members do not get recognized enough. We usually hear about the unpleasant experiences and do not hear enough about the pleasant/exceptional guest service that most cast members perform.

Very true..I have had nothing but great service at MS and will make a point out of tooting their horns more often.
