Great Gift Ideas?

Hey, all! I'm trying to think of a great, cool gift to give to a co-worker and fellow disney nut to thank him for helping with a project that couldn't have been done without him. Originally, I was thinking of sending he and his wife to Victoria & Albert's for dinner on their next trip, but that's kinda tough because you have to book in advance, and they might have plans of their own. They aren't going until next year sometime, so I have plenty of time to plan. So I'm looking for ideas... what would you love? What's been done for you that you loved?

I always think its so wonderful to come back to your hotel room and find a surprise - chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, anything really. If you call the hotel where they are staying, I'm sure they can recommend something.

In the summer issue of Disney Magazine I saw a very cool Mickey Mouse doll. "As you walk through the parks, Mickey knows where he is and will giggle and vibrate when he has something to tell you." It's almost like a tour guide. He knows when lines are short, if they are long you can play games with him. The article says that he can be rented at 31 locations in WDW or purchased for $50.00. I'm not sure if you can buy it at any of the Disney stores but it sure sounds fun. I'm tempted to get one when my husband and I (no kids) go in October. Sure, I'll be an adult carrying around a doll but who cares! Mickey rocks!!

My DH and I just got back this morning, and we saw lots of people with the Mickey doll - "Pal Mickey". I'm not sure it would be something I'd enjoy however. It's a cute idea, but it seemed to look as it was just annoying. A lot of the adults carrying them had children who wouldn't and got tired of it. I think I'd be SO excited about it when I first got it, but after a week of hearing what Mickey has to say, I'd get irritated. That's just me though.

As for a gift, I think a nice gift basket waiting in their room with champagne and chocolates is a wonderful idea. What a nice surprise!
