From central Wisconsin to Orlando, it's always a challenge to get a good fare but got $188 for a trip down to WDW when DH goes hunting!

We always fly Midwest out of MKE; what are your travel dates? I just checked for our October trip, they want $258.

Just booked American Airlines on the Internet for January '06 O'Hare-Orlando RT $200.90 total (base fare $169 + "taxes & fees").

Just checked midwest out of MKE for 10/16-10/23 I found airfare of $177. I just have to decide whether to book. We are going to WDW in July for 10 days and I just booked 7 day Feb 2006 cruise. Husband and I were thinking about a trip alone in Oct. but I need to crunch some numbers to see if it's possible. With that airfare and we are AP holders so tickets wouldn't be any extra and I'm sure there will be good Ap resort rates so really it's a matter of spending money for food and wine fest :drinking1 ;)

I'll be going Nov. 14 - 18; will be missing the last day of Food & Wine, but couldn't get the fare for outbound 11/13. The fares from Delta and Northwest were all in the $350+ range, so for that kind of difference, I'll just have to put F & W on next year's agenda! I've found that there is such limited amt of seats at the 'sale' fare, that you have to act fast. It could be that for the dates you plugged in, the fare is already gone. If you can juggle your dates a little, you might be able to get it. I like using Travelocity to check fares for that reason, they show a calendar that shows the available dates for the fare you're trying for.

Hope that helps,
Nancy :earsgirl:

Thanks, Nancy, based on your response, I re-checked the fares. Now, I'm being quoted $168 (Yeah!!), but when I try to book on-line, I get an error.

I'm on hold on the phone with them now. For the last 30 minutes :confused3

Great price! I leave Nov. 19 and come home the 25. And my flight is $333.00 each. So glad I bought them months ago at $217.40. The lowest I have seen them is 212.40.

Not that I think it would happen but what happens if the price drops big time. How does Midwest refund you?

Were you finally able to get it?? I got an email today that the Midwest Fare sale ends Thursday, 4/7.

Out of CWA the flights are selling quickly. So if you get the fare try and get it. The planes out of CWA are nothing more than Cigar Boats. Where do you live in central WI

Paul

I just booked out of CWA for 10/16-10/23 for 178.60 a person. I am very excited, I have never seen airfare that low out of CWA. That means I get to go to WDW in July for 10 days, in October for 8 days, and a 7 day Disney Cruise in February. Woo hoo!!! :cool1:

I finally got through, after about half an hour. We got them!

Are you all aware of the discount code, APRIL3, that is attached to the sale fares through tomorrow. Saves a few more bucks.
