I just bought these cute little fans from the Dis store...they were only $5 they are not the best made but are really compact so you can throw it in your bag. they have these really cute larger ones that were like $10 but I thought they were bulky.
THey had incredibles, toy story and minnie and when it spins it lights up- the kids will love it it in the heat....I'm not sure if this a new discovery or not but I hope it can help some of you out in the heat!!
