We were at WDW the second week of January and used the dining plan. Our package was for 3 nights and we had a great experience.
2 of our counter service meals were at Wolf Gang Puck Express in Downtown Disney. It is my new favorite counter service place. I had spaghetti both times and was very pleased.
We used the other counter service at the Pepper Market and while the steak was not on the lunch menu we had great food.
Our table service meals - Chefs de France - ok - we will go back in 4 or 5 yrs
Le Cellier - loved this
Park Fare - Great food and service
We paid out of pocket for the Biergarten and really enjoyed the food there.
We tipped in cash and my husband was not that crazy about leaving a $18 tip for a buffet but we did. We had great service everywhere.
I struck out on my snack choices - the school bread at Norway was nothing like I remembered - dry - I threw 3/4 of it away - same with the choc pretzel there. Then I had a Danish at Animal Kingdom that was also really dry.
My husband had a better experience with his snacks - 3 mornings he used his credit for the biscuits and gravy at All Star Sports!
We would use the plan again if it is still offered the next time we go!
