Great experience with Apple Scooters

I just finished up a week with my Go Go Elite. I loved that little scooter. I would have preferred my trip without it but my foot and ankle are still healing. It was easy to drive, easy to maneuver and peppy. The charge on the battery lasted all day at Epcot (and we even rode over to the boardwalk) and all day at Magic Kingdom (10 hours!) and it still showed a full charge. I highly recommend them.

I can't agree more, we just returned from a week (got back day before yesterday) and Apple Scooters was awesome. I rented a scooter and a wheelchair from them and they actually delivered the scooter to me at DHS while my DH waited inside (he finally gave in on our second day in the parks and admitted he really *did* need one). Top notch service, great prices, insurance included and great quality of equipment. I see no need to look any further, we will always use and recommend them from now on!

I used Apple Scooters in December 2010. They have great customer service. My seat was too low. They were at my room in 20 minutes to fix it. I had the scooter with the captains chair. I am booked with them again for spring break, but may bring my own scooter with me. My seat is used to my scooter seat...lol

I rented in Sept and Oct of 2010 - they were great batteries! But I did have one sluggish one...

Did you call them to report it was sluggish? Because when I did - they replaced it right away.

Did you need to be at the resort when they delivered your scooter? We're probably going to rent one for my husband and was wondering if we needed to be there for the delivery!

It was waiting at Luggage Services when we got there and drop off was easy at Bell Services our last morning.

It was fully charged at pickup.

The key broke on our AK day....it still worked but the plastic head cracked and broke right off midday. I called, and a new key was waiting at the Resort when we got back that evening.

The only thing I noticed was the horn didn't work....probably a bonus for me, saved me from getting in trouble I am sure.

Great to hear, I am still contemplating about renting one or not for our trip in Oct but I think I will go with Apple if I do since there seem to be lots of satisfied customers here on the DIS.
