We did a 4 night cruise on The Wish last week and had a blast. While I agree the ship’s layout isn’t intuitive, and our stateroom seemed a tad narrower than on the Fantasy, we really did have a great time. I love how they split the dining rooms for the Marvel and 1923 dining - it really helped keep down the noise. The show in Arrendelle was superb. While I personally didn’t find the Marvel “show” entertaining, my kids (6, 7, 9) did so we could have a nice, relaxing meal. Pirate night was of course fun. We loved the pools, and the Hero Zone with the blow up obstacle course was a major hit with my kids. They also loved the kids club so hubby and I could explore the ship and go to a couple shows ourselves. And of course Castaway Cay was a ton of fun. Hubby and our son did the snorkeling and really enjoyed it but the girls weren’t into it.

Thanks for posting. I'm glad you and your family had a wonderful time. We'll be sailing on the Wish in a couple of months. Really looking forward to it. One question, please....what day is pirate night?

Our pirate night was the third night, when we went to castaway cay. So our rotational dining was 1, 2, 2, 3. My husband and I were saying how that would have been a good night for Palo or Enchantee because they don’t do anything special in the dining rooms on pirate night aside from a few extra rum drinks on the menu. Our kids loved eating at Mickeys Festival of Foods on the pool deck so we could have fed them there then dropped them off at the kids club while we ate a special dinner.

We had a great cruise back in November. Glad you all enjoyed your sailing.

There are a few things they still need to work out but otherwise it was really wonderful. Definitely would have liked more time than just a 4 night.
