Congratulations on finding the low fare. would NOT wait to book for the day after Thanksgiving....many of the cheaper fares are already sold out for that weekend...it is the busiest air travel weekend of the year. I would book on an airline with a reasonable change policy (like SW) so if per chance the fares go down you can get a credit for the difference....but I would NOT expect to snag any significantly discounted fares for that weekend. Don't know when you are returning, but you might do better there finding cheaper rates, but almost all discounts are blacked out for Thanksgiving weekend.
I called her right away and she booked them from her computer. With taxes and all, her family of 4 is going for $349!! Now I still have to wait for dates for me-although we are wanting to fly Nov. 25th, the day after Thanksgiving, and I dont know if we will get a special for then since it is a busy travel time anyway. 
Has anyone gotten a great fare at that time before?? Thanks for the help.
