Thank you SO much! How random that I should be looking at car seats this morning and find a great link here?!?! I just ordered TWO Roundabout 55s (and a travel-sized shampoo) for $257 shipped. Yippee!!!

We have the Frontier. That is a great deal! Enjoy the seat, it's a great one.

So glad to hear...the reviews seem pretty positive that I've read. It was the one I really wanted but if I couldn't find a deal as good as this one I was going to go with the Nautilus.

I like that you can use the whole thing for 9 years since we have two kids right in a row that I am hoping to get use out of.

You'll love the seat. Our son just turned 6 and is still in the 5-point harness. I think he has about an inch of height growth until he's too tall for the full harness (he's about 45 inches now). Then we'll feel okay going to the shoulder belt at that height and age. It's a great seat that will last a long time.

THANK YOU!!! I got a frontier and toothbrush, too :lmao: 169 and change! I'm very excited because I was heading to buy buy baby to pick up tomorrow for $55 more than this (with 20% off coupon). I was debating between this and recaro, but this sale got me to look at them side by side. I found some great links and ended up going w/the frontier!

Again...thank you, thank you, thank you!! I'm so glad I logged into dis tonight before I went to bed!

Thanks! And thanks Stacy for the heads up. Got a Frontier, an Advocate, and face soap for my husband for $395 total.

I just ordered a Frontier for my husband's truck. Awesome price!

Thanks t&b I did the same as you. DD's Wizard expired earlier this year *she's almost 8 but a peanut and I'm all about keeping her as safe as possible, she's been in a booster for a few months now. Plus if she gets any younger siblings *although I rear face my kids as long as possible* but then there's my sister's kids *2 boys almost 5 & 2* we can pass it down.

Bumping to keep it on the main page...it is such a good deal if you are in the market for a Britax!

My seat should be here tomorrow according to the Fedex website. :cool1:

OT-My friend just asked me if I can watch her son some this summer. Does anyone know how much wider the frontier is than the Marathon? I am hoping to do a FP version of marathon/frontier/scenera (or roundabout) configuration with the FP/marathon and scenera rear facing. I had the same configuration with the FP/marathon forward facing in the middle with the scenera and roundabout on the side.

The roundabout is my friend's so if I can work out the frontier configuration and they can hang onto their roundabout it would be a lot less switching around, plus my older dd will probably be past the max height of the FP/marathon by the end of the summer.

The only other seat we have for older dd is the Regent and it doesn't exactly win a prize for being a narrow seat.

I'm guessing the Frontier will be similar to the Regent *we had the Rs predecessor, the Husky and it was a BIG seat* you could post your ? at www.car-seat.org ~ you'd get your answer there for sure.

I am a little confused about what exactly you want to do, but I'll tell you that in my husband's Ford Fusion I can fit my daughter's Frontier, son's Marathon, and baby's Chaperone (with or without the base). It's *tight*, don't get me wrong, but they fit safely.

I re-read my post and it is confusing...sorry...

I need three in the back, two of them are RF. I am wanting to put my oldest DD in the middle (hopefully in her new Frontier). On each side I am hoping to RF the other two children, one in a scenera and one in and FP version of the Marathon.

There WAS room when I watched this little boy before to put the FP version of Marathon in the middle FF with the scenera RF on one side and the little boy's Roundabout RF on the other side.

It should work, though I have never actually seen the FP version of the Marathon, but I would guess if it has a similar build you're fine. RF gives some space since the widest parts of the seat aren't all in contact with each other. In our Fusion, the Frontier is behind the driver, the Marathon is FF in the middle, and the Chaperone is behind the passenger (obviously RF as it's an infant seat). I think there would actually be more room if I switched the Chaperone to a RF Marathon just based on the width of the bases.

That was quick shipping! I ordered mine Sunday, and it's on the truck for delivery today. The funniest part - the toothbrush shipped separately from the carseat :)
