I went to universal prior to Christmas. The ornament I purchased arrived home busted
i asked universal on twister. And they responded with the information I needed.
I contacted the Merch services and they got in touch with me quickly sending me a replacement. When the replacement arrived broken as well despite being wrapped extremely well, I contacted them again stating I would return both for a return, they contacted quicky and verified information and gave me my money back. Just made it a no hassle process.
